This modernised ground floor flat with parking is located in the heart of Leiston with easy access to the high street and just a 10 minute drive to Sizewell and the coastal town of Aldeburgh. Access is through doors from the driveway to the buildings' entrance hall, where you'll find the apartment door into a hall leading to both bedrooms, the bathroom, and the living/dining room with kitchen beyond with a stable door back to the driveway. Hard flooring runs throughout, however there are internal lintels and a step or two to external doors to enter.
