This five bedroom home is outfitted with the finest Euro-plush mattress in all bedrooms. The five full baths and two powder rooms are finished in handcrafted stone and marble. The home is equipped with 7 Samsung Smart televisions. For sports enthusiasts, the den which overlooks the home's outdoor entertainment is equipped with Samsung Q60. The home s entertainment package also includes Comcast Deluxe entertainment package, and WiFi enhanced on each floor. The pool area will be your favorite place to eat, relax, swim, and further enjoy your time in Avalon. The furnishings will provide for ample entertaining. The cabana offers another kitchen area for outdoor dining and entertainment and there is a full size grill. There is a shower for rinsing off from the beach. ! The Ground and Third Floor offer laundry rooms with Commercial Grade washer and dryers. The garage is equipped with Cruiser bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cart with beach tags attached to make your time at the beach very enjoyable. The home has key less entry.
