We love hosting visitors, and we want you to enjoy your time in our home. That's why we keep our list of rules simple and our cleaning fees low.
House Rules
• Guest Count: Be sure your guest count is accurate when you book
• Parties: No parties. $995 violation fee + booking termination
• Visitors: Allowed only upon request and approval.
• Noise: Quiet time is between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Pool Heating: Costs extra based on season. Ask for a pool heating quote.
• Pets: Max 2 dogs only. $50 pet fee.
• Features & Amenities May Be Subject to Availability
• No fire/flame inside: Fireplaces are decorative only.
• Smoking: Absolutely no smoking within 20 feet of the house
• Clogged Plumbing: $95 management fee plus plumber costs
• Yard & Pool Service is performed weekly and may occur during your stay
Suggestions:
• Avoid plumbing clogs by scraping food into trash and flushing responsibly
• Use paper towels (not our white linens) to clean up messes
• Skim the pool surface if/as desired between weekly pool cleanings
We live nearby and can generally be available on short notice if necessary. We value our guest privacy and only come on property when yard/pool maintenance are required, when a guest requests that we come on site, or when a situation arises that requires that we visit the property.
The pool and yard are serviced weekly. A pool/yard technician may access the pool and yard to perform this service at some point during your stay. We service the pool and yard prior to every check-in, so it is possible this service won't occur during your stay. Tucson can be windy, so leaves and stuff can blow into the pool prior to check-in. The home has a pole and net for guests to skim the pool surface as desired between our regularly scheduled pool cleanings.
In the rare instances when we need to visit the property during a guest stay, we endeavor to message the guest in advance.
