Positive: We could check in an hour in advance, and we were glad we could meet someone when we arrived at the property, so it was very helpful that she quickly explained us about the keys. The wifi connection was fine and we were glad some repellent was provided for insects. The jacuzzi was nice and enjoyed it a lot.
Negative: Considering the price, the property should have a laundry machine and tv set. If the property had a laundry machine that would have been much more helpful for those with kids so that we don’t have to wash clothes by hand after coming from the beach. Washing clothes in the washbasin was uncomfortable and tiring, especially when mothers also want to get some rest after coming from the beach… Also, we looked for the garbage box outside on the right hand of the stairs, but there was no garbage box to collect the garbage from two days of stay. A TV set would have been nice to have, especially for kids as they can entertain watching tv while parents are preparing meals. About the barbecue, it was unclear what the code I got on my phone was used for. Also, taxi phone numbers and places nearby to visit should be provided for easy access. This is a resort place so it must be considered to ease guests!
Summary: Nice jacuzzi and amenities but for the price, it should be more equipped!
