Positive: The staff was amazing. I was picked up at the Poltava bus station by an apartment staff member and taken to apartment with a thorough walk-thru. The apartment owner (Alex) is engaged with his customers and is focused on providing the best service and on how to continuously improve. It was a great value for the price and within walking distance of several nice restaurants and parks.
Negative: As is typical with several Ukrainian bathrooms, the temperature regulator between hot and cold did not include “warm.” Alex was kind enough to offer me an alternative apartment, but I made the decision to stay in an otherwise ideal apartment.
Summary: A great value for the price, supported by one of the very best customer focused staff and management.
